• We act as care facilitators and are not a replacement for hospitals or doctors.
• Abuse or harassment of our Care Managers will result in immediate termination.

Your privacy is paramount. We collect sensitive health and personal information to provide safe and effective care. This data is shared only with our Care Managers, medical partners (hospitals/doctors), and emergency contacts on a strict need-to-know basis.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that the home environment is safe for our Care Managers to visit. Pets should be secured, and any infectious diseases must be disclosed prior to visits.
